Six parts.
One machine.

We do not sell services à la carte, because half an outbound system does not work. This is what gets built, in the order it gets built, with the specifications we hold ourselves to.

Components

What we build
and maintain.

A

Targeting & data

We define the account profile, then build the list against it — role, headcount, tech stack, hiring signals, funding events. Every record is verified before it enters a sequence.

SourcesSales Navigator, Apollo, Clay
VerificationTwo-pass, bounce target under 2%
EnrichmentRole, headcount, stack, triggers
OutputSegmented list, CSV + CRM sync
B

Sending infrastructure

Separate sending domains, authenticated and warmed before a single prospect is contacted. Your primary domain is never used for cold volume, so your team email stays clean.

DomainsDedicated, isolated from primary
AuthSPF, DKIM, DMARC, custom tracking
Warm-up14–21 days before first send
MonitoringPlacement + reputation, daily
C

Email sequences

Short, specific, written for one segment at a time. We run structured tests on the opening line and the offer — one variable at a time, so the result actually means something.

Structure4–6 touches per sequence
TestingSingle-variable A/B, per segment
Personal.Researched line, not spun tokens
ReviewCopy approved by you before send
D

LinkedIn layer

Runs alongside email against the same account list, so a prospect sees you in two places. Conservative daily limits and human-written messages keep the account safe.

ModelHuman-written, automation-assisted
LimitsBelow platform thresholds, always
TouchesView, connect, 3-message sequence
ProfileOptimisation pass included
E

Reply handling

Most pipeline dies between the reply and the booking. Every response is read by a human, classified, and either qualified into a booked call or routed back into nurture.

Response SLAUnder 4 business hours
HandlingHuman-read, human-answered
QualificationAgainst criteria you set
BookingStraight onto your calendar
F

Reporting

A live dashboard you can open any time, and a written weekly note on what we changed and why. When a number moves, you hear it from us first.

DashboardLive, shared access
CadenceWeekly written review
MetricsDelivery, reply, qualified, booked
DataYours — exportable, always
Rollout

The build schedule.

Domain warm-up sets the floor on how fast this can go. Anyone quoting you booked meetings in week one is skipping it — and you will pay for that later.

Days 1–7

Positioning & list

We interview you on your best-fit customers, sharpen the offer, and build the first verified list against it. You approve the target profile before anything gets built.

You receiveAccount profile, verified list, message angles
Days 3–21

Infrastructure

Sending domains registered, authenticated, and warmed. CRM connected, tracking configured, dashboard set up. This runs in parallel with week one.

You receiveWarmed sending stack, live dashboard
Days 21–30

First campaigns live

Sequences go out at controlled volume across email and LinkedIn. We watch placement and reply quality closely, and hold volume until the signal is clean.

You receiveLive campaigns, first replies handled
Day 30 on

Iterate & scale

Weekly reviews, copy iteration, segment expansion. Volume increases only when the numbers earn it. You get a written note every week either way.

Fit

Outbound does not
work for everyone.

The economics have to clear. We would rather tell you that now than three months into a retainer.

This works when

  • +Your average deal is worth roughly $3,000 or more
  • +You sell B2B, to a role you can name and find
  • +Someone on your side can take the calls we book
  • +You can fund at least three months before judging it

This does not

  • Low-ticket or consumer offers where the maths never clears
  • A buyer you cannot define beyond "any business"
  • No capacity to run the calls once they are booked
  • Needing revenue inside 30 days to keep the lights on
Investment

Quoted on the call,
not on a pricing page.

Cost moves with segment count, sending volume, and whether the LinkedIn layer is included. Publishing one number would mean publishing the wrong number for most people. What we will commit to publicly is how the engagement is structured.

01

Month-to-month

No annual lock-in. Thirty days notice, any time, no exit conversation required.

02

You own the system

Domains, lists, sequences, dashboard, CRM data. If we part ways, all of it stays with you.

03

Founding terms

Our first 5 clients get reduced pricing, locked for as long as they stay, in exchange for a reference once we deliver.

04

We turn down bad fits

If your deal size or sales cycle will not support outbound, we say so on the call instead of taking the retainer.

Next step

Let us look at your
numbers first.

Deal size, close rate, sales cycle. Ten minutes of arithmetic tells us whether this is worth building for you — and we will show our working either way.
