• Scheduling data. Bookings are handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter and your selected time slot under its own privacy policy.
• Technical data. IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring source, collected through standard web analytics.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare for a scheduled call.
• To provide and administer our services if you become a client.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add website enquiries to marketing lists without your consent.

Legal basis

Data we process for clients

When running campaigns, we process business contact data on our clients' behalf as a processor. That data is handled under the client agreement, kept only for as long as the engagement requires, and returned or deleted on request. Opt-out requests from recipients are honoured immediately and suppressed across all campaigns.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate — including scheduling, email, CRM, hosting, and analytics providers — and only to the extent needed. We may disclose data where required by law.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from last contact. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus any period required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights
