TechTorq grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software and digital products delivered as part of your project agreement. This license is valid for the intended use outlined in your project scope.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any proprietary software components. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute the software to third parties without written consent from TechTorq. You may not use the software for purposes other than those specified in the project agreement.
Upon full payment, you own the custom code and design deliverables created specifically for your project. TechTorq retains ownership of proprietary tools, internal frameworks, and reusable components used in the development process. Third-party libraries and plugins remain under their original licenses.
Post-launch updates and maintenance are not included in the initial project scope unless explicitly stated. TechTorq offers separate maintenance plans for ongoing support, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. TechTorq does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We provide a 30-day warranty period after launch to address critical bugs at no additional cost.
TechTorq shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
This license is effective until terminated. TechTorq may terminate this license if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of proprietary components and destroy any copies in your possession.
