All content on the TechTorq website — including text, graphics, logos, images, code, and design elements — is the property of TechTorq or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom work created specifically for their project as outlined in the project agreement. This includes custom designs, code, and content created exclusively for the client. TechTorq retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our projects may incorporate third-party assets such as fonts, icons, stock images, and open-source libraries. These remain under their respective licenses. We ensure all third-party content used in client projects is properly licensed for commercial use.
If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to info@techtorq.com including: a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, the URL where the infringing material is located, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate.
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and consent to jurisdiction. We will process counter-notices in accordance with applicable law.
TechTorq reserves the right to terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
