TechTorq provides ongoing services rather than a one-off product, so this policy explains how cancellation works and when a refund applies.
Retainers run month to month. Either side may cancel with 30 days written notice, effective at the end of the current billing period. You are not asked for a reason and there is no cancellation fee.
Any onboarding or setup fee covers work performed at the start of an engagement — domain registration, authentication, warm-up, list building, and campaign construction. Once that work has begun it is non-refundable, because the cost is incurred and the assets are transferred to you.
Monthly retainers are billed in advance and cover the work scheduled for that month. Partial months are not refunded once campaigns are running. If we have not begun work in a billing period, we will refund that period in full.
Domain registrations, sending platform subscriptions, data credits, and similar third-party costs are passed through and are not refundable by us. Where those assets are in your name, they remain yours after cancellation.
If we determine we cannot deliver what was agreed, we will say so, stop the work, and refund any fees paid for work not performed.
On cancellation you retain the sending domains, prospect lists, sequence copy, campaign data, and dashboard access built during the engagement. We will hand over credentials and export your data within 14 days of the final billing period.
