If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@techtorq.com with your order number or the email you used to purchase. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via PayPal.

After 14 Days

Refund requests made after the 14-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We want every customer to be happy with their purchase, so reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Access After Refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to the template repository will be revoked. You are expected to delete any copies of the source code.
